		<description>Great post Tracey! I was just talking with Steven about this the other day.  We've some good luck with both SFU and UBC.  We've even hired one person the SFU School of Interactive Arts &#38; Technology before they completed their degree.  I really like your idea of the assignment tough.  I'm going to try that with out next round of interviews.</description>
